M4C Service Providers' Database

Agricultural service providers play a pivotal role in advancing the economic prospects of Char families by facilitating the expansion of agriculture and improving the productivity and quality of agricultural products. The Making Markets Work for the Chars (M4C) project, funded by the Governments of Bangladesh and Switzerland and executed by the Rural Development Academy (RDA), Bogura and Swisscontact aims to elevate the quality of life and livelihoods of Char farmers through innovative measures that promote local businesses and connect them with regional and national-level institutions. Over a decade, the project has diligently worked across six districts in northern Bangladesh, fostering effective market systems and environmentally sustainable agricultural practices. The carefully curated list of agricultural service providers, selected for their expertise, forms a crucial component of this initiative, reinforcing the commitment to catalyse positive transformations in the Char region's agricultural landscape.
